Customer Relations

I thrive off of interacting with people. It charges, challenges and rewards me in every way.

Design is meant to be shared and there is nothing more fulfilling than working hand in hand with a client and operating as the translator and facilitator in the design process. Acting as the connector between the design in concept to delivering a final end product. I am continuously pulling from these skills to work with people, regardless if the design is for a piece of jewelry, a logo or product photography. I am the interpreter and a key part of the process.

I have over 10 years of experience working in the realm of customer service and for over 5, have specific experience in customer interface and sales for a high end product. Every day, I am translating people’s ideas into a sketch or computer rendering, then following it through the stages of production into a final design. I am trusted with not only the production process, but also the invaluable materials that hold immense sentimental and monetary worth to people.

This is a testament to my integrity.

To do this for the public – to lead them through the design process at a marked point in their life, you must be sensitive and aware. While equally conscious of the limits of your materials, budget and time.

I can do that. And do, every time. All while working to stay true to the vision.

Devon designed a gorgeous peice of jewelry that really stands out. She is talented and creative and I would love to work with Devon again on another project.

I also had Devon photograph a tropical event and she had gorgeous scenic photography and was especially talented and creative on detailed decor photographs.

Miss. Fuller is an incredibly talented professional whom I’ve had the pleasure to work with on a rushed project.

I was planning a surprise for my fiance’s big pole vaulting competition in New York and wanted shirts to be made for his cheerleading team on a time crunch.

I’ve always been impressed by Devon’s creativity and work, so I asked if she could help design a T-shirt that would embody his athleticism, personality, and spirit. I couldn’t have been happier with the results!

She created an amazing design and we have friends who wanted to buy the T-shirts, too!

This was the first project she’s personally worked on for me, but she’ll be my go-to for future projects.

    Thanks, Devon!
